Welcome to bos5000 (referred to herein as "bos5000", "we", "our", or "the Platform"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user ("Player", "you", "your"), and bos5000, governing your access to and use of the online gaming platform accessible at bos5000.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or services operated by or on behalf of bos5000.

By accessing, registering an account with, or otherwise using any part of the bos5000 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may not register or maintain an account with bos5000.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms an integral part of the overall legal framework governing your relationship with bos5000. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with bos5000, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bos5000 does not permit access or use of its services by any individual below the age of 21, regardless of local legal gambling age requirements.
• You are a natural person acting in your individual capacity and not on behalf of any corporate entity, syndicate, or third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction as determined by bos5000 from time to time.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the bos5000 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not classified as a problem gambler or under any form of self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily or by any third-party authority.
• You hold only one registered account with bos5000. The operation of duplicate, shared, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful. Submission of false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

bos5000 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming a Player's eligibility at any time, including but not limited to national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered account with bos5000. Where bos5000 identifies that multiple accounts have been created by or on behalf of the same individual — whether through shared personal details, identical device fingerprints, overlapping IP addresses, or matching payment instruments — bos5000 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses generated through such accounts.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and update it periodically.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify bos5000 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

bos5000 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security. All activity conducted through a registered account will be attributed to the account holder unless bos5000 is notified of suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner.

Accepted Deposit Methods

bos5000 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified: Maybank / Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrency networks including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), and BNB Chain.

Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM 50 per transaction (or equivalent in supported cryptocurrency).
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on a Player's VIP tier and verification status. Specific limits are communicated within the Player's account dashboard.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Standard processing times for MYR withdrawals to local bank accounts (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) and digital wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically completed within the same business day for verified accounts in good standing. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 24 hours subject to network confirmation times.

Third-Party Payments

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in the same name as the bos5000 account. bos5000 will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any such deposits will be returned to source, and the Player's account may be subject to review. Similarly, all withdrawals will be made exclusively to payment instruments previously used for deposit by the same account holder.

bos5000 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the time the promotion is made available to Players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless expressly overridden by the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Real Money Balances are wagered before Bonus Funds. Withdrawals cannot be processed while an active bonus wagering requirement remains incomplete.
• Bonuses are available to one person per household, per device, and per IP address. Abuse of promotional terms — including the creation of duplicate accounts for bonus purposes — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• bos5000 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or payout, bos5000's decision shall be final and binding.
• Birthday Bonuses are subject to VIP tier verification at the time of claim. Players must have made at least one qualifying deposit within the 30 days preceding the claim date.
• Referral bonuses are credited only upon successful verification of the referred Player's account and completion of the qualifying deposit threshold.

All games available on the bos5000 platform, including live dealer games, video slots, instant-win titles, and sports betting markets, are operated in accordance with their respective game rules as presented within the platform interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game prior to placing a bet.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bos5000 does not accept requests to void or reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of clear technical error or game malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcome or bet settlement, bos5000 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Players' accounts.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Settlement timelines may vary by sport and market type.
• bos5000 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where evidence of arbitrage, bonus abuse, match-fixing, or other irregular betting patterns is detected.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and may be adjusted for individual accounts at bos5000's discretion.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bos5000 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one Player account on bos5000.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using or attempting to use software, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering activity designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform software. Any bugs must be reported to support immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial purpose.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bos5000 staff or other players via any communication channel.

bos5000 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, bos5000 may require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals, granting access to certain features, or as part of routine compliance reviews. The KYC process may include:

• Submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence).
• Submission of proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement issued within the last 3 months, addressed to the Player at their registered address).
• Submission of proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bank account or eWallet showing account name and number).
• Source-of-funds documentation where deposits exceed applicable thresholds or where irregular activity is detected.

bos5000 handles all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are used solely for identity verification and compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by law. Players who refuse or fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may have their withdrawal requests held and their account access restricted until verification is complete.

• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from bos5000, during which account access will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications reminding Players of time spent and amounts wagered during their current session.

All content on the bos5000 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, game audio, video content, user interface designs, icons, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive intellectual property of bos5000 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bos5000 platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any game software; remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices; or use any content from the platform for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from bos5000.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bos5000 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the bos5000 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

bos5000 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. In the event of a platform outage or technical failure, bos5000's liability is limited to the restoration of the Player's account balance to the state it was in prior to the occurrence of the failure, where such restoration is technically feasible.

bos5000 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms or any associated policy.
• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• The Player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, compliance, or reputational risk to bos5000.
• The Player is a minor or has misrepresented their age during registration.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

bos5000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bos5000 will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the bos5000 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting customer support. We encourage all Players to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bos5000 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral authority, unless the parties agree in writing to an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution procedure, Players are encouraged to contact bos5000 customer support in the first instance, as the majority of issues can be resolved promptly through our internal complaints process. bos5000 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 3 business days and aims to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
